Post subject:  Rig not supported?

Hi.

I have an existing BVH file that I was trying to import. It works well with the standard 3DS MAX Biped system, but doesn't seem to work with the motion capture system.

Is there a listing of supported formats/rigs?

I'm intending this software to generate ready to use BVH files for 3DS MAX so need to ensure it works.

thanks
David

Okay, sounds great. I hate to be a pest, but how soon is "soon"?

Will my 30 day trial expire before we get this support?

It is expected to be up and running by middle of April.

Lets do this: if there would be a delay with 3D MAX Biped rig support, just send me an email to mini@ipisoft.com and I will provide you with extended trial license for another 30 days.

I'm in the same situation as you, when i import the BVH file in 3DSMAX, it send me errors...

I'm a french manager (sorry about my english)of a little 3D studio, and your technologie interest me a lot.
But before buying your software, i want to be sure that i can use it in 3DSMAX, also if i should use another soft to convert the BVH ,however indicate whith which soft i can convert it to be compatible.

Your soft sound great so i'm very impatient to taste it in 3DSMAX.

NB: my new film production begin in two month, do think in the meantime the bug will be corected ?

Support for 3D MAX is coming soon (in a week or so). A lot of people use 3D MAX, so this is high priority for us.

I think it should already be supported in current version. If motion transfer does not work for this rig, please send me this skeleton in .bvh format to help track down the problem.
