Biped, CAT. Export for HumanIK would be great too, or at least with namings which match humanIK's automapping.

I use Humanik. I think compatability with this would be a really good option especially now with unity 4.0 new mechanim animation system which is built and designed buy the same people who made the humanik system in motion builder and maya.

As for now you can use BIP export, import it into CAT rig, and CAT rig can be exported to HumanIK. Just telling you if you don't know it yourself.

Also you can use BVH and retarget it onto HumanIK. It will take a while to make your custom definition, but I guess that should be done only once, right?

Though +1 for out-of-the-box support for standart HIK namings

I use RebelHill's Rhiggit in LightWave. It's FBX/IK rig works really well with iPi.
