I see that your project really contains issues introduced with Jitter Removal. But is also contains tracking errors (like right arm starting from frame 1775).
Jitter removal cannot remove any tracking errors. In your case tracking errors were caused with occlusion (part of arm occluded from sensor by body).
We recommend to face the sensor directly when doing motions, to minimize occlusion.

As you have probably already seen on our project files this is not an issue for the JR algorithm in 3.2.3.190. Minimal occlusion errors are handled manually after JR pass.

The problem here is not minimizing the occlusion during the recording (and we are not complaining about incorrect tracking), the problem is the new JR algorithm destroing the correctly tracked data.

Hope you have a fix on the horizon.

Thanks for your help in tracking down the issue.
It should be fixed in the latest release:

it seems the tracking/jitter issue is now fixed.

but now we hav a new issue:

we cannot anymore load bvh files on the export tab.

Each time we try an error pops up saying "cannot open file".
We are using the exact same bvh we used with the other versions. No changes in those files and it doesn't work anymore on previously exported ipi projects.

Obviously reverting AGAIN to 3.2.2.190 fixes the issue.

I am also having this issue in the new version, where jitter removal seems to cause more problems than it fixes. It's most noticeable in the feet, they jump all over the place. In the previous version which was my trial period, it worked great. So I decided to buy it, I got the update and now it doesn't work nearly as well, pretty disappointing.
The new tracking algorithm doesn't work at all for me either. When I try to use it the character just twists up into unnatural postions and starts floating upward.

Hello,
thanks for reporting the issues.
Do you see jitter removal issues after apply it to tracking result obtained with the new (fast) tracking algorithm, or after using default tracking alogrith (Use fast tracking checkbox unchecked).

Also, if you could share your project with us, it would be very helpful to track down the issue.
You can send the project to tech support e-mail ipi@ipisoft.com

So I updated my video card drivers and it seems to be working fine now.
Thanks
