I'm testing a dual kinect setup. ( facing each others 180*, 4 foot high, same height and angle ) .
Floor is a flat carpet 2m x 3m.
One kinect view is fine , but the other one, the whole scene is angled 10 degrees.
Perfect calibration using a cardboard.

Tracking seems worst with 2 kinects because of that, i can ajust scene/floor height but not the angle, i don't know what to do at this point.

With depth sensors, iPi Mocap Studio detect the ground plane based on the floor surface visible to a camera.
That can fail due to too few floor points in the frame. Try to ensure at least 1/6 of the frame area to be floor points.
Or the floor surface being flooded with yellow noise on the depth picture - that is unknown depth. May be a result of inappropriate floor material (e.g. too shiny, also some fabrics do not work well with depth cameras).
