Hi. I've done a test of scene tracking ans it worked pretty well. However on my 2nd attempt, the was no more character skin in the 3D scene! So no mean to track the 3D action. When the software lauches, I see the character for half of a second, and then it disappears. Only remains the floor grid, the camera and the light source. Of course, Skin and Bones are enabled in the view menu, and Skin is enabled on the upper bar (the kind of Batman head).
I'm working on a Cintic Companion 2 with Intel Iris 5100 GPU.
The weird thing is that I've had a successful attempt at first (tracking, refinig and even exporting .bvh file)

Have someone encountered the same problem? How to solve it? (by the way I've reinstalled the soft and it doesn't solved my problem)

Thanks

Hi
We have not yet had experience with Intel Iris graphics.
Have you tried to update video drivers?

Also, does the error reproduce on previous releases of Mocap Studio?
You can download any release from this page:

Tip. Before downgrading to a lower version, uninstall Mocap Studio.

Please check the latest release 3.2.2.189 of Mocap Studio. It may fix this issue.
