I've been doing all kinds of experiments all day.
The result is always the same.
Calibration is "Perfect", and cloud points do not match.
Win10, Kinekt v1.

I don't know if this is an issue but your calibration board looks a bit small to me.

I like to use a 30 x 40 inch sheet of foam core, which is suitably large, rigid, and very light to carry. Get one with a matte finish, not a shiny reflective surface. If gray is available, that might be better for the old Kinect sensors which could have problems with full white and full black surfaces. Full white should be okay if the room lighting isn't too bright. (The newer Kinect sensors are way more tolerant about surface lighting and color.)

This size of foam core board can be picked up at any office supply or arts and crafts store.

I compared the growth of a person if I use a capture from one device
1. 182 sm (true)
2. 220 sm
I do not know how to work on the scale of the cloud in the device. One device always gives too much of a cloud.
