OK, then you can try the following workaround.

Create a BVH file with desired skeleton and import it into iPi Studio for motion transfer.

For instance, here is a skeleton similar to iPi skeleton but with zero rotations in T-pose and MotionBuilder-friendly bone names, with corresponding iPi motion transfer profile:

Please let me know if bone names are not exactly MotionBuilder-friendly, I did not test it in MotionBuilder, I just quickly googled samples of MotionBuilder-compatible animations to create this profile.
