Hello,

I am interested in this software, the reason is I want to make some animations for secondlife, nothing to fancy but its something I have been using Qanimator for and it is limited (well in my hands anyways!)

So what I would like to know is how complex is it to record the movement, then put into poser (which I read is the next step) before secondlife? I am quite new to this! Does it do headtracking also?

Also, is 1 or 2 cams to start going to give a reasonable result? I understand 4 is best however I woul prefer to keep it small to start but I do obviously want some ok results.

I also read the PS3 eye best for this, I guess this is still true.

Thanks

We recommend a minimum of 3 cameras. PS3 eye is the best camera. Head tracking is not implemented as of yet but we are working on it.

Please see our Wiki for details on cameras and export to Poser and Second Life:

ok thanks I have the cams now, im just going to play about with poser some more than get the trial and give it a shot!

One problem I bet ill have is, then you export the .bhv file from your software and i import it into poser, I downloaded some free mocap .bhv files just to give it a look and know what to expect, so far only one worked, the rest say "no element to match node XXX" and so on.
