Hey guys I just purchased 6 ps eyes, when i finish calibrating and I record my action, my first problem is that any time i move the actor the video in the background moves and I cant track if the video moves. Mys second problem is that when i load the actor i put my height which is 1.76m the actors so small.

Hi

You should only match actor's model with video when looking exactly from a camera's point of view. That is, press one of the camera buttons in the toolbar (1, 2, 3 etc) to
go to its POV, and move the model but don't move/rotate the view. Repeat switching between the cameras.
Video frame rectangle does move in the scene as character moves so that video is always behind the character when looking from corresponding camera's POV. However, the video frame is also scaled accordingly, so this motion is unnoticeable from camera's POV and frame position looks static. It is just a matter of rendering the scene and does not affect the tracking process.

Inappropriate actor height is likely caused by improper scene scale. You should set scene scale manually after the calibration. See docs for details.

But any time i move the character backward it gets smaller and it gets harder to see the move tool without rotating the view. But for the second one i don't have to place the actor to myself like the kin ct when you place the actor to your blue infrared model. Can i send you a video if you dont understand what im talking about cause i am new to ipisoft.

Sure, you can make a screencast to illustrate your issues.
And/or upload your iPiVideo/iPiMotion/iPiCalib/iPiScene files to Google Drive or other cloud and post the link.

I've taken a look at the video.
You definitely need to work more with calibration and get more familiar with the software. Have you read the user guide for multiple PS Eye cameras yet?
http://docs.ipisoft.com/User_Guide_for_Multiple_PS_Eye_Cameras_Configuration
Here are a few problems from the first sight:
  • Cameras #1 and #2 do not see the ground, so it is not possible to detect the ground plane correctly when performing the calibration.
  • The lighting should be brighter to avoid much noise in the picture.
  • Clothing model in Mocap Studio does not support shorts and non-solid colors. So you should to select your clothing more carefully to get good tracking results.
