You should set proper color of actor model before trying to Refit Pose or running the tracking.
http://docs.ipisoft.com/User_Guide_for_Multiple_PS_Eye_Cameras_Configuration#Processing_Video_from_Multiple_PS_Eye_Cameras

Directional light from windows that is seen on your video will cause much trouble for tracking because of shadows. Blind windows with curtains.

Do you have a Skype so you can please give me a tutorial on how to use the ps eye. Given I am only 14 years old, this seems a bit more complicated than the Kinect and I have went through the old tutorials but they aren't the current versions of iPI

I cannot provide you Skype support.
Read user guide thoroughly and follow recommendations in it.
You can rely on tutorials for older versions of iPi Motion Capture. Essential principles of usage are the same despite some UI changes.

Ok, but do I have put how far the camera is from the ground during calibration and do I have to use the cage method of calibration because I wasn't using that method that's probably a reason for my flaws

Recommendations for placing cameras are lined out in our docs:
http://docs.ipisoft.com/User_Guide_for_Multiple_PS_Eye_Cameras_Configuration#Three_Camera_Configuration

You can use any pattern for moving a light marker, just cover all capture volume. Pay attention to the tips in docs:
