I have previously captured in Bayer format and imported into DMC.

With the latest capture software, although I had raw with my PS3 cameras chosen, it was still reporting capturing in YUV and when I imported into DMC, it didn't like Bayer so. Other than checking the box "Use raw when available" which I did, what else could be wrong?

Just curious, but did you change the file name? I believe the format requires the word RAW to be in the name for it to be read as RAW Bayer, and if you've changed the name it may prevent the file from being read properly. At least, this was the situation I ran into a while back.

I didn't no and they do seem to be different. The captures i've done previously, when viewed in Media Player show 4 vertical videos, presumably broken out into component information? The recent ones that weren't seen as Bayer is a colour video so definitely different.

Ah I see the difference no, set to 320x240 it's using YUY2 and in 640x480 Raw. I'd never noticed this before.
