Greetings everybody.
What is the difference between a camera with 30fps and 60fps. Is their a big difference in results?
We are creating a 3D short and we started to look for motion capture software.
We would like to testdrive this baby with cameras that run in 30fps. 4 of them. Non brand.
Can it work for testing purposes?. If we are happy with the result and we feel that this technology suits our needs we will get the PS eyes.

K.

Hi
Cameras with higher frame rate allow for good tracking of very fast motions, such as running, fighting. Yet, 30fps cameras should be OK for most purposes, as soon as they maintain a stable framerate - this is essential for good tracking quality.
