In current version of our software, tools for manually fixing tracking errors are very limited.
It is possible to fix tracking errors related to a small number of problematic frames. For instance, actor may do some very fast arm motion and arm can be barely visible in 3-4 frames due to motion blur. In that case, you can manually adjust arm position in frames where motion blur is present, then continue completely automatic tracking from last problematic frame.
If you see tracking errors in large number of frames, it probably indicates a problem with calibration, or problem with background clutter, or incorrect world or actor scale. In that case, it is probably easier to re-shoot the motion then to try manually correcting the captured animation.
The system is not completely reliable and may have problems tracking some motions. To give you an idea on what motions can be tracked successfully, here is a link to a video gallery by Light Dog Films:

To facilitate debugging, you can send me your video so that we can look at it and fix bugs or make suggestions on how to improve your capture. We can sign an NDA to make sure that your video will not be used for anything else but debugging purposes.
