2 PS Eyes are supported, but are not sufficient for quality tracking. You can expect too many tracking errors with 2 cameras.
Mixed configurations of color cameras and depth sensors are not currently supported. Maybe this will be implemented in v3.

The best quality is provided by 6 PS Eyes and Standard edition of iPi Mocap Studio.
Certainly, you can start with 3-4 PS Eyes (Basic edition) or 1 Xtion (Express edition). Depending on the kind of motions you're going to capture this may be sufficient.
