http://youtu.be/zWZGE5qpDSc Very successful test of putting human body language into the body of a penguin. Not perfect and was never intended to be a penguin performance, but with some additional joints, simple weight painting in cinema 4d, and some manually added keyframes for the mouth it came out pretty decent.
