Post subject:  Problems when polishing animations (+ Unity)

My captures with Ipisoft look great when exported to Unity, but I have an issue when doing any sort of editing. I can trim my captures with no issues, but any other alteration to the keyframes cause my captures to animate dramatically (some bones will rotate or extend much farther than originally captured). I've tried using Blender, and fragMOTION + Noesis, exporting in both FBX and DAE. I'm really stumped on what to do at this point; It's quite frustrating.
