Great camera's that are pretty affordable are the DLSR video Cameras. They Shoot in HD and have great in low light. You can pick up a 2ti anywhere from 600-900$. I have a 5dmk2, its shoots great video! Check out Phillip Bloom, Shane Hurlbut, and Vincent Laforet to get an idea of what these camera's can achieve.
