I have had a simular problem, what I normally do is use an animation layer and move the neck around until it looks right but i guess this ways better will give it ago

Hi Cra0kalo,

I would like to test it. Could you please give me more information how to do that?

It's interesting that: Every bhv and bip that I have downloaded from the internet is working. Only my created bhv using ipisoft ist not working. If I convert my file to bip with 3ds max than it looks much better, but the neck is 1.5-2x longer :=(

I really do not understand..

I really would appriciate to test your option. Could you please give me more information?
