I think you could be less vague in your replies.

"Some time maybe there could be some addition of something" is what I read here often from you, in several threads. If you perceive yourself as a reputable company that is a tone you cannot afford(!)

IMO it is better not to give any promises than to break the ones unthoughtfully given. We cannot make usable estimates for the features that are not on our short list.
When we say "Some time maybe there could be some addition of something" we confirm the respect for your needs. The same as "we hear you".
But this is still a product development, and not a custom solution for a single user. So you cannot expect that any feature you suggest will have the highest priority. We have our own vision of what needs to be addressed first for the good of the whole user community.
