I see :/ It's the same as with the Leap Motion sensor.
I guess I have to cancel my MYO order then.

Or maybe the MYO devs can provide you with some sort of access to the raw sensor data?

I cannot advice you on this matter.
Maybe, you can find other application for the device.
Maybe, after we get MYO, we'll find it feasible for basic (ok, probably primitive :) finger tracking and for improving the tracking of arms in near-straight poses (which are common subject of errors for optical tracking).

This thread provides good explanation why the developers do not plan to do this in foreseeable future. Even if they did, that would require from us to get strong expertise in EMG analysis to make use of this data.
