When you create a new project, is it saved in unlocked format (.iPiMocap)?
In case you have some project(s) you've created with expired trial and you need to export from them, you can send them to us for conversion.

I used the basic version to create it. I purchased the 3 month version over a month ago. The file below is the saved action project I already tracked. For some reason, it is saved in a locked format (iPiLocked*). I also attached proof of my purchase.

My locked file:

I've converted the project file - see attachment.
Is this the only file which is in locked format, or the program does not allow you to save any new project in regular format?

It does not allow me to save my projects in any other formats. Whenever I save projects, it saves as iPiLocked only.

Try to deactivate the license and activate it again. Does it help?

Yes that was helpful. Thank you.

Since I have the basic version I can only have one actor at a time. Can I use the free trial on the Pro version to work on a project that will involve two actors?

Or since I still have over a month on my basic version, If I decide to upgrade to a 3 months pro version, how much money do I have to pay?

Actually, you can test every Pro feature with Trial or Basic edition. You just won't be able to export the animation. And the export itself behaves the same in all editions.
Regarding the upgrade price you'd better contact our sales.

Hello. I started having problems with exporting animations again. It turns out as locked file whenever I save. I tried deactivating and reactivating license again but this time around it did not work. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling ipi studio but that didn't work too. Any suggestion? It was working before.

Please confirm or refresh the details about your process (taken from the previous posts):
  • 4 PS Eye cameras
  • single actor
  • single GPU
Check in About box that you use the latest version of Mocap Studio 3.1.2.177, the reported edition is BASIC.
