You must be using 50 fps camera setting, per screen shots, so if all cams maintain 49 fps, or better constantly, a frame drop here and there won't noticeably affect tracking, but all cams plugged in and in use during recording MUST maintain consistency in fps, or you will experience issues in tracking results.
Head data from Move controller MUST be manually applied after the tracking process, it isn't automatically applied, choose Motion Controller tab, Add the Move to appropriate body part (Head), select style of controller (PS Move), turn Move in view port to match on-head position with the Move tool, (Actor Tools in banner, it will only rotate on the Y axis), then apply with the Apply Data button.
It doesn't sound like you are following proper procedure for Move Data applying.
(Note: Any time you attempt to turn the head bone, or re-position the head Move on screen, you MUST re-apply its data again with the Apply Data button to update these changes).
Once head Move data is applied, the Jitter Removal doesn't noticeably affect the head bone, but you can turn up the Head part in JR settings if the neck seems to jitter, but usually a 1 or 2 setting is fine.
Also, it is recommended to run the Refine process on the full ROI, either backwards, or forwards doesn't matter, after tracking is complete, you can apply any Move data before this, but it WILL need to be re-applied after Refine is run and Move Data should always be the last process run before exporting any animations.
It is a fairly easy process to Apply, Edit, or change rotations of the head with the Move, (Or hand Moves for that matter when used), you just need to do it in the right sequence, which you will understand the more you use the program.
As for clothing, the pants worn should be much tighter fitting, looks like you are wearing sweat pants, or some sort of baggy legged pant, this will confuse the tracker when legs are closer together, same goes for shirt sleeves, once this is better corrected, you can set the Overall Body Mass slider to very low to thin the overall actor body scale, then use the individual sliders to adjust the chest, waist and hips slightly wider, belly can be turned to 0, it is pretty much unneeded for tracking.
The most important processes are the camera calibration and the Actor skeleton match the the performer, (emphasis on hips height to match the crease in the upper leg to hip, this is done in the Bone Proportion Adjustment dialogue box), and the proper height of the Actor, so the Actors heels then sit closely on the floor grid... Once you get the Actor set up, Save it to file, so it can easily be recalled if doesn't reload automatically on each new project.
You should also set up the proper shirt length, sleeve length and any other body proportional settings at this time, the Default Actor WILL NOT comport to the necessary proportions required for best tracking results, remember to Re-save any changes to the Actor file after adjustments, so not lost on the next project.
Open the Pose Tab to view where body joints should be placed on the video performers body, this is very close to what is necessary, especially the hips height position, (this is adjusted by the leg length slider), then match the actor height so heels are close to the floor grid, it doesn't matter if the main height slider height is a little taller, or shorter than the actual performers height by a few cm's, but the heels to the grid does matter, but only after all other proportions have been adjusted correctly first, this may take several attempts to get set up correctly, but will make a great deal of difference in the overall quality of the tracking.
Take time to set up the Actor parameters very close and you will experience better overall outcomes during tracking. Remember to Save It once you find the right combination that works best!
