Hello all in ipisoft,
I’m going to take part all my PS3moves and remake their shell with 3D printing. As I known all the ‘action button ’ including square, triangle, circle, cross, trigger and THE MOVE button are all unnecessary in IPI recorder. Only the PS button is required in IPI recorder, is it right ?
But IS THIS RESET button (SEE MY ATTACHMENT)in the rear of PS3move required in IPI recorder ? I’m not going to expose the button that is not required in IPI recorder. What is it use for if it is required? Will you please give me some advice?

No, we don't have any use of this button. I suppose it resets internal memory of the device. Never have had to check this anyway.

I am making the outer cover of the Psmoves via 3D printing.
The most important thing is the reset button is very close to the battery. Nothing happen will happen if I press the reset button by accident, is that right ?

As I've said I have not ever pressed this button so don't know waht exactly it does. You may experiment with ot on your own.
I believe the worst thing you'll get is the need to pair PS Move again.
