I have made calibration using IPI docs.

But now I don't know how to use that.
is there a modern tutorial A-Z calibration + recording animation?

After calibration is completed you've got camera coordinates in the .ipicalib project. Then you can use .ipicalib to load camera coordinates when creating action projects (.ipimotion) for videos shot with the same camera setup.
We don't have video tutorials unfortunately if you mean that. However, user guides in the docs describe complete workflows for color and depth cameras.
