I am using two Kinect cameras for 360 rotation capture. Its a very simple and slow rotation (as shown in attached video) still Ipi motion studio looses arm tracking.
Has anyone any suggestion to fix this?

Thank you!

Do you experience such issues only with the live tracking, or with the regular tracking as well?
Please save a project and an iPiVideo file with these failure and so we can take a closer look. You can post download links here or send to our tech support email.

@vmaslow: No, I have not found a solution. I spent several days constantly struggling with it, eventually I gave up. From my personal opinion (which might be wrong) its not worth it. ( calibrating two depth camera at a good angle is a pain and then trying to capture correct rotations just didn't happen for me)

Looks like the root of this issue was that your pose during motions was similar to T-Pose and automatic T-Pose detector (used to reset tracking in case of tracking errors) was applied when you stood back to camera #1.
However, if you need the solution for live / interactive applications it is not well suitable for such tasks so far (designed for animation preview, while final result is achieved with offline tracking). We plan to deliver new product this year that will be designed to live / interactive applications.

@pas: Can you please point me to a video or documentation that I should follow to get correct results?

Hello,
I would first recommend to try offline tracking. Just record some motions and try to track and post-process. You will need this anyway to produce animation.
Please refer to tips and tricks section in documentation:
https://docs.ipisoft.com/User_Guide_for ... and_Tricks

Use Fast tracking algorimth / Low resolution (the same settings are used for live tracking).
After you get solid results with offline tracking, you can try live tracking. Just do not stand in T-Pose all the time to avoid T-Pose detector spoil tracking.
