Works as an after effect to add to pre-made or custom characters that have appropriate facial bones, exports in FBX format.

Also works in mobile apps, but is a separate product.

Not exactly incredibly accurate, but a good alternative for facial capture, also probably needs to use a Logitech C920 cam, or equivalent, possibly the Kinect V2 with the webcam drivers developed, search online for them.

Reasonably priced.

FaceRig studio is awesome.
I have a tutorial along with the Perception Neuron but, as an IPI user, you can just stream the data separately and combine them in the 3d application.
