I wanna upgrade from my old xbox 360 kinect to a new Primesense Carmine 1.09 Sensor, however I have a couple of questions and concerns

1. when I went to the store page to see if my license [EXPRESS] was compatible with the PrimeSense Carmine 1.09 sensor, it mentioned PrimeSense Carmine 1.08 not 1.09, So idk if there will be some compatibility issues
2. in iPi Recorder 4 when I click the enable button next to ASUS Xtion / Primesense Carmine, it doesnt say anything else other then installed, like, do I need a USB adapter for it? I assume I have the drivers for it setup since it says installed

PrimeSense Carmine 1.09 is not listed because it is a short range sensor: Max depth distance is 3 meters, and field of view is not big enough for full length body visibility at 2-2.5 meters distance. For this reason, this sensor is not practical for full body motion capture. We would recommend to prefer Carmine 1.08 or ASUS Xtion Live.



This means that all required drivers are already installed on your PC and you should be able to use PrimeSense Carmine in the iPi Recorder.
