Our software has built-in motion transfer (via "File->Import target character" menu item).
Right now it support following animation rigs (skeletons):
Valve HL2 Biped (virtually any Valve biped should work);
Second Life default skeleton;
Poser default rig;
Endorphin default rig.
Also, it can export .BVH in a 3D MAX Biped compatible format (Use "File->Export animation for 3D MAX Biped" menu item).
Support for motion transfer for custom rigs is still in development. For now, we recommend using Animeeple for motion transfer for custom rigs (
http://www.animeeple.com).
