| Post subject: | Calibration - Help me please |
Hi! It's two weeks that I'm trying to create a good calibration but everytime I fail, so I think it is the moment to ask help here in the forum :-) Settings: -Windows 7 32bit -Nvidia Gforce GTX260 -x3 Logitech Quickcam 9000 This is one of the video I've used for the calibration: http://ossosso.com/public/scambio/01e_c ... _video.zip Once in the Ipi software -I open it -I set the range -I set FOV for the 3 cameras -I Rotate/Pan all the cameras to make them as precise as possible like the real camera position -I start Calibration -Finally I set 3-4 ground marker Conclusion: Each time I obtein a lot of red markers a very few green of them and also the cameras aren't position correctly, the ground plane too doesn't match the real plane on the video. I've followed all the tutorials, guides and forum advices. I will appreciate any kind of help. Thanks a lot! |

We are looking at your video and will post our comments soon. In the meanwhile, I recommend that you review our resent Setup and Calibration Quick Start Guides: http://www.slideshare.net/iPiSoft/scene-setup-guide http://www.slideshare.net/iPiSoft/calibration-guide |

I don't know how you managed to do it but apparently the image in camera number 3 is mirrored. That's the root of the problem. How did you record this video? Did you use iPi Recorder? If yes then can you please specify what version? |
