I've done jumping, crouching and landing, but haven't tried a roll. Just for kicks, I'll try that on the next session.
You might want to check the test I posted on YouTube to get a small idea of what the system will capture. This video is not action oriented because the point of this test was to see specific deformations in three different rigged characters in another program. Even so, the motions seen here on the default iPi rig gives you an idea of what the system can capture.

LGD TestTubeLast summer I did a previs test for work that was a bit more action oriented. It involved a crouching character firing a rifle and being knocked down by a large creature. Forgiving the bit of overacting on my part, iPi Studio captured the motion fairly well. (And this was before the shoulder tracking version came out.) I don't think I'll post this test but I may try another similar session just so I have an action demo I'm not embarrassed to show in public. :)
