Hi,

This weekend we had our first test with iPi DMC and we are really happy about the results, even some action moves were captured quite nice with some cleanup necessary.
One think that freaks me out is the following:
I import the Motion Data into Motion Builder (I'm aware of the scale problem) and after putting the data onto a Character it can be applied to one of the MB Default characters and everything works fine.
The big problem are Characters imported from Maya, it doesn't matter whether the FBIK Rig is created inside Maya or Motion Builder, the Animation is correct except the Arms are switched. That means the Arms cross behind the Characters back and mess up the complete Action, the Legs however move correctly.
Even when exporting a Tutorial Character to Maya and back in again exact the same problem comes up.

I need a solution so fast but i don't now where to look.
Has anyone experienced this? Can someone help me out here?

Thanks very much.

Silly me, very silly me.
The problem was due to the fact that my character was standing in a half T-Pose (with the arms hanging down) and the Mocap was in a horizontal T-Pose. Because oft that of course, the rotations on the Arm Joints would lead to the described issue. Funny anyway: The Tutorial Character from Motion Builder is in the same half T-Pose as well, but seems to get the correct rotation information.
