Well nobody had said they'd tried it and so I thought i'd have a play.

It works. As long as the two actors don't intersect of course and you have to compromise on the capture volume but it tracked my two actors. Obviously each actor has to be treated as their own "take" as such and right now I can't think of a great use for it other than sync timing but if you could get two actors to perform where they need to be "interacting" and can do it with them each facing forward, you might get some use.

Just a bit of fun to try :)

I have also performed a two actor test succesfully - In two tracking passes of course.

As previously mentioned the key element is the distance from the camera and (I think) avoiding overlaping on the actors - although it seems the zero pose (t pose) at the start can overlap slightly without confusing the tracking.

The scene I am going to work on next is two actors sitting in a taxi cab, the great thing about this is that both will be facing forwards. When the cabbie turns his head to actually (momentarily) look round, I'll just animate the head movement.

Very pleased.
