I have no idea why this is happening http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoEn9AsNNpQ look at the jitter from left to right. In the program its smooth but when u go to export as .SMD its like this when u export .bvh to 3ds max its smooth and works, then again from using a biped and exporting to SMD from 3DS MAX its same jitter what is going on :(

What happens if you turn off "advanced motion transfer"? |

I will try this but not sure if it will work, its only IPI to source engine SMD that this problem exists, some other users have also experienced this as far as I know they to dont know the problem. I will try this turning off advance motion transfer |

cra0kalo wrote: its only IPI to source engine SMD that this problem exists This looks very much like a bug related to Advanced Motion Transfer. For your information, by default Advanced Motion Transfer is turned on for SMD export because normally SMD model skeleton is different from default iPi skeleton and motion transfer is required. By contrast, exporting your animation in MotionBuilder-compatible or 3DMAX-compatible format does not involve motion transfer (since skeleton is essentially the same). Turning off Advanced Motion Transfer may help. Also, please make sure that you use latest version of iPiStudio (1.2.0.118). |

Can you please send me .BVH animation corresponding your video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoEn9AsNNpQ This animation should be very valuable for debugging the problem. We need animation in default iPi format with default iPi skeleton, that is original animation exported using "Export Animation" menu item without importing SMD target character. |
