I just got Zoom and it allows me to stand closer. Everything works but my belly is bigger than it should be. So My arms and hands are pulled back at the start of rendering.

Any suggestions?

I'm guessing that Zoom is a wide angle lens that distorts the image seen by the Kinect like a fish eye lens. If so, this may force the center of the image to appear closer to the camera than the edges, and iPi Studio is probably reading this distortion literally as an undistorted image. I know that's not a helpful suggestion but it might explain the results you're getting.

No that's not the problem.

The problems are:

Their is a sweet spot to stand, right between the red and green depth fields. The Zoom makes it shorter.

The amount of IR return is lower. The extra lenses cut out about 10%

I get the bending over backwards on the start of all renders because of my physique. (large belly) Zoom exacerbates the problem.

The kinect input for field of view is 70, the Zoom changes this.

In less your in a very tiny space, I am, I wouldn't get the Zoom
