My Device Manager shows this bad version. Both Kinects are plugged through one and the same USB controller. How can I change USB controller? I have 4 USB Port. 2 on the fornt connected by cable to motherboard and 2 one at the back on the root of motherboard. Can anyone help me?

My motherboard is: Intel Server System SR1560SF
system: Windows 7 home 64bit
graphic card: PNY quadro FX 3700

well there is a difference between the number of usb ports and the number of usb controllers
you need to switch one of your kinects from from one port to the other till you hit a diff
controller, that is if your computer has more than one but for the number of ports you have
it might not be the case.

Yes, you need to make sure its plugged into a diferent controller.

Check Device Manager under

Code:
Universal Serial Bus Controllers

Hello,

Some laptops do have a 2nd USB Controller that is reserved for a docking station. BUT if you get the correct docking station it will often have USB ports that work directly with THAT 2ND controller!

Otherwise, most desktops will have 1 controller for the front USB ports and another for the back USB ports.
