Does iPi support multiple GPUs like the GTX-590?

I'm trying to figure whether to get a 590 (each GPU gets 1.5 GB VRAM) or 580 (with only a single GPU, but full access to 3GB VRAM).

Nope. There's been talk about supporting it someday but that was early last year. Believe me I'd like it too with 3x 465gtx's ;P
I'd save the cash and wait a month or two for the GTR 785 Rumor has it that it's a single GPU that rivals Triple SLI 580's. If that's to be believed you could possibly get real-time processing without multi-GPU.
