Hi im a happy owner of Basic, as was bought in december i dont have a free upgrade to V2, but also want to upgrade to Standard version. so, i want to know that if i bought the Basic to Standard version upgrade right now, will i have the version 2 for free?? or even have to spend more money in the v2 upgrade.

In your particular case:

The cost of upgrade from Basic 1.x to Standard 2.0 is 933 USD after 2.0 release.

You will need to pay less, if you purchase upgrade to Standard before 2.0 release.
In this case you pay now 495 USD for upgrade to Standard 1.x.
And then 238 USD for upgrade to Standard 2.0
The total amount will be 733 USD

Yes, QTR3 means 2012 third quarter.
You will get all features with no additional cost.
