How long do I have to upgrade form v1 to v2 at the discount price? Currently cash strapped, but would like to up grade in 2 months.

Yes please extend the upgrade discounts within this next 3 month, it would be fair for other folks who has really limited budget.

60% discount for version 2 for 1.x customers is not time-limited. 200 USD discount for Standard Edition deadline is not set yet. But it will be available at least during June and July 2012.
