Hi I just started the month free month trial of IPISOFT Studio using One Kinect. And it seem to work just fine... My question is... since PS Eye work with 4 cameras or so... would it take longer to 'track' and process?. I would appreciate your thoughts e. |

Do you mean longer than it takes to track Kinect data? Or longer than six camera data? In general, the tracking time can increase as Studio is asked to handle more data. Naturally, the fastest to track is single Kinect data. I haven't compared directly but it seemed like tracking dual Kinect and four camera PS3 Eye data were comparable when I used both systems. I haven't done six camera tracking in a while but I recall it took a little longer to track, as it should--that's a lot of data. Of course, the six camera data will also give you more accurate results. Hope this helps. G. |
