Sorry for delay.
We are a small company and have no dedicated "support team". We all are located in GMT+4 timezone, so day hours may be shifted from those of our users. Normally, we reply on questions via forum or email within 24 hours.
Activation procedure for new forum users is absolutely needed to prevent spam. I think this is pretty obvious.
