I have two xbox kinects. I have just fitted a usb 3.0 on my motherboard. So therefore i have one usb controller and one usb 3 controller. Can I use two sony move controllers with 2 kinects and two usb controllers? I know you can use the sony moves with one kinect, but I would prefer two kinects. Will the two moves with two kinects create bandwidth problems? Will the controllers identify the rotation of the hand? |

Yes, you can use 2 PS Moves with 2 Kinects. Motion controllers produce a little data, so there should be no bandwidth issues. However, you may experience motion data delays or loss due to low-powered Bluetooth adapter. In case of such problems, consider replacing your BT adapter. The recommended ones are ASUS USB-BT211 and TrendNet TBW-106UB. Motion controller allows to capture the precise orientation of the bone it is attached to. If you attach them to (or hold in) hands, then their orientations will be captured. |

To expand on the response, the motion controllers can record both wrists and head rotations. I use dual Kinect with three motion controllers and this works remarkably well. I'll be experimenting with triple Kinects and triple controllers over the holidays. Will post comments on how well it works for me later. G. |
