I`m looking for an indie/enthusiast friendly priced solutions for facial animation. So far my search has been quite a let down. Practically all that Google spits out is Faceshift which definitely is not an indie friendly priced product with a whopping 800 bucks a year. There also was that other one that looked great for 1500 bucks a year. I`m aware of Brekel for Kinect but it seems so basic that I don`t see any advantages over manuallly animating myself.

So are there any products I might have missed?

Hi Bloodwork:

Syntheyes is primarily a match-motion software (to match 3D with live action footage), but it has marker tacking for facial animation. The package works well, and is fast:
