hi there, has anyone any experiences with using motion controler while capturing with 4 PS eye's? So i've got a quite well working ps eye setup and want to add motioncontrollers for the head and hands. is it possible to capture/track everthing within one capture? like connecting ps eye's, a kinect and 3 motion controler together in one single capture? have a nice day, jonas |

Hi, Setting up the motion controllers for PS Eye isn't any different from setting it up for Kinect--you just need a compatible bluetooth adapter. You only need one adapter for head and two hand controllers. I use a dongle version attached to a USB cable so I can keep the adapter close to the capture space. I believe this helps it receive a stronger signal from the controllers and eliminates any interference that may come from the computer. G. |

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. So that would mean i dont actually need a kinect to capture the motion controllers? Only a bluetooth for my pc and iPi will recognize the controllers? cheers, Jonas |

That's correct, the PS Move and Wii-mote Plus motion controllers are a completely separate capture devices and have nothing to do with Kinect technology. You can use them with either PS3 Eye cameras or Kinect so long as you have Bluetooth capability in your computer. G. |
