Having good results using two kinects but I don't know how to close the characters hands. Thanks in advance!

Do you mean making fists?
Go to a target frame, right-click on timeline and choose Insert key frame for right/left hand. Then right-click on the key frame and select Fist. Also, you can simply start editing finger poses with the Rotate tool to make a key frame with desired hand pose.
