I'm using the iPi 3 software with the Kinect 2 camera type software/hardware installed. When I run the iPi Recorder, my Kinect 2 shows up but is unaccessible. It has the red warning that says it is "not available" and being a device in error state it can not be used. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! |

Thank you, Andrew. By connecting the Kinect 2 to a different usb 3.0 port that did the trick with the "in error state." On another note: you can't seem to mix a Kinect 2 along with a Kinect 1. Is that true? Many thanks! |

Yes, unfortunately. They cannot be mixed due to incompatible video modes and different FOVs. |

Hi all, I am facing the same problem. device is in error state and cannot be used, I have checked everything required but still it is giving this issue . can any one please help me . Thanks |
