How many cameras are in the video?
I see from the screenshot that you're running an older release 3.0.3 of Mocap Studio which supports only 4 cameras for the Basic edition. If you have 5-6 cameras then you should update both Mocap Studio and Recorder.
Latest installers can be downloaded from our website. Alternatively, just check for update from inside the programs when you have an Internet connection.
