Post subject:  CAN'T EXPORT ANIMATION
Hi,
I can't export animation when I save a file and open it again. That's the message that pops up every time I try to export an animation: "Cannot export animation: you're working with project in locked format (*.IpiLocked) that does not allow to export animations. Please process your video with full version to be able to export animation."
I bought the basic version (3 months) and I'm using just one GPU, so I don't understand why it doesn't let me export when I save a file and open it again: when I work on a new file and I try to export the animation for the first time, everything works fine.

Hi

Please give more details:
  • What exact version of Mocap Studio do you use?
  • What configuration of cameras do you use for recording?
  • Do you use tracking of multiple actors?
  • Do you use batch processing?
  • When you save a project, does it get '.iPiMocap' or '.iPiLocked' extension?
  • Do you get any warning on opening a project?

You can try to deactivate and then activate the license, and/or uninstall and then install Mocap Studio.
