Depends on if you are processing PS Eyes, or other 2D camera recordings and how many used, or depth sensors and how many actors are being tracked at once.
With 6 - PS Eyes and just one actor, using integrated graphics, it would take hours to process just a 20 second video, even with the updated algorithm from iPi, if it didn't crash before it finished.
Most any Animation, CGI or VFX program would want a higher end graphics card anyway for better performance, just depends what you want to afford, but if the components aren't matched, you won't get optimal performance anyway, so just putting a high end card in an otherwise low end machine will limit the cards performance.
All comes down to what you use your machine for and how well you want it to perform under heavier load. (Note: Dual video cards are useless for AE, Premiere and other video editing software, research it before you go that route, better to have more DRAM for those programs).
For recording only with iPi, it doesn't take that powerful of a machine, the machine should have the required USB controllers needed, but also for Kinect X Box One, it has to be able to handle the sensor, not just any machine with a USB 3.0 controller will.
