This looks interesting, but I think I will stick to Brekel Pro Face v2. It does the same thing but much cheaper for a perpetual licence.

Brekel works too, if you have a Kinect v2 already, it doesn't work with a web cam though.

There is a perpetual license for this also @ $139 (Same as Pro Face 2) including upgrades to single major version, so for those that don't already own a Kinect v2, or Brekel version, this would be cheaper.

There is the trial, so worth a test, if I remember right, Brekels version was a bit jittery on import, but still works, yes.

Edited to show Personal version pricing, (Personal means only One Computer, One seat), but can be used on commercial projects.

I saw that F-clone has a perpetual licence. But the $139 licence is for non commercial use only I believe. Brekel has some filter controls, you just have to know how to use them. Being able to use a web cam is the only interesting thing though. I might try it out and compare.

Good find! I'm not really in the market for face capture but I'm always interested in new tools. Will try to check that out when I can. Thanks for posting the links.

This program does have a Free Maya and Unity Plugin for real-time streaming to characters:

Maya Video Demo link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvIj5E8iWlA

MoBu (not shown) and Blender plugins also, but not streaming, must manually add the exported face data.

Also records audio, for better motion blending.

Seems Maya and Blender can only preview stream the facial capture in real-time, but I am not sure if any of the streams are recordable within Maya/Blender yet, so probably still have to manually add the recorded files.

With same principle, MoBu should be able to also, but no demo tutorial I have seen yet.
