Attachment: myPSmove2.jpg [ 171.74 KiB | Viewed 32875 times ] I took apart the PS3move and get rid of the unnecessary components such as sphere, RGB LED, trigger, motor. Use the Box shape and smaller size battery instead of the original battery. Now I can charge the PS3move with without USB from my computer. Rebuilt the cover shell via 3D printing. Easy to mount the PS3move to the glove. Comfortable and stable. (Sorry for the surface I did not clean it up.) |

wow, it looks awesome. I have the moves dismantled and attatched to my gloves but it's not looking so good. did you make your 3d printed model from solid works or zbrush or maya/etc? Would you share your file so that others can 3d print it to use it with their PS3 moves for ipisoft? I have a community center that has free 3d printing service available to artists and this would be a good item to test! BTW, I'm thinking about 3d printing some shapes to use for iphonex facial capture mount along with ipisoft. I"m working on a pipeline to make it easy to produce the 51 facs blendshapes for general use off of their own custom character look for 3d artists. IT's awesome being able to have your character talk and make facial expressions based off of your own facial mocap. KC |
